Delete your Daisy account and data

Daisy by Everwell Ltd · updated September 2026

Daisy only has an account for you if you chose “protect or restore your garden” in Settings and signed in with Google or Apple. That account holds one private cloud backup of your garden. You can delete both the backup and the account yourself, at any time.

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Daisy and tap the settings button on your garden.
  2. Tap “garden protected”.
  3. Tap “delete cloud backup + account” and confirm.

The cloud copy of your garden and your sign-in are removed straight away. Everything on your phone stays exactly as it is, and you can keep using Daisy without an account.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to daisy@everwell.ltd from the Google or Apple email you signed in with, with the subject “delete my account”. We delete the backup and the sign-in within 7 days and confirm by email. No questions asked.

What is deleted

The cloud backup: your garden and flowers, chats, mood check-ins, what Daisy remembers, the words of Daisy’s letters, and any pictures that were backed up. And the sign-in itself: the account id and the email it was linked to. Deletion is permanent; the backup cannot be restored afterwards.

What is not held by us

Subscription and payment records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies, as your app store requires for billing. Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics are never linked to your account and expire on their own (see the privacy policy).

Never signed in?

Then nothing about you is stored on our servers. Everything lives on your phone, and deleting the app removes all of it.
